      Hi! The one we have bought in this case, is Royal bakery dry yeast, it is called like that, it is not the typical Royal yeast, but a specific Royal brand bakery :)

        I use dry baker's yeast a lot…. I make different types of bread and almost always if not always it is the one I use… very well.

      Hi! Yes, it is Mercadona's pressed yeast, which comes in a double packet with two units, which is in the refrigerated part :)

      You can use Royal brand dry pressed baker's yeast, which is not like normal, it is in small dry brown balls. Or the fresh yeast that they sell in the Mercadona that is in the refrigerated area :)

    I had to add a little more flour because with those exact amounts the dough would stick to my fingers. I already have it at rest so I don't know if they will come out. I hope so ;-)

    If with this recipe I make them in the oven, would they come out as well as fried? If I use whole wheat flour or flour from another cereal, barley or oatmeal, would they work well too?
