500gr of ripe strawberries
300gr of cream cheese
200gr of sugar
3 sheets of neutral gelatin.
400ml of liquid cream

Preparation

Prepare a bowl and place the clean strawberries, cut and without the stem with sugar, and crush everything.
In another container, place the sheets of neutral gelatin and add water to make them soft.
Heat a saucepan with the strawberries and sugar until it starts to boil, and at that moment, turn off the heat and add the gelatin leaves.
Stir everything well and gradually add the liquid cream and the cream cheese. Keep stirring until you see that the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Prepare some small glasses or jars to place the Petit Suisse. And see incorporating a little of the mixture into each container.
Put all the containers in the fridge for at least 8 hours to cool and set.
Once this time has passed, they will be ready to eat.
