  • Olive oil

Preparation

  6. They should not remain golden, we should only cook them for approximately 4 minutes.

  7. At that time, take them out and put them to drain on an absorbent kitchen paper.

  8. Heat the olive oil again and once it is very hot, fry the potatoes again in several batches until they are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Then remove the excess oil again with the help of absorbent paper.

  10. Once you have them well drained of oil, salt them with a good salt, and they will be ready to eat.
