Ingredients
- Homemade pizza dough
- 150 gr of grated mozzarella cheese
- 150g pepperoni
- Ketchup
- Extra virgin olive oil
- A garlic
Preparation
Choose the ingredients that you like the most to make your pizza. In this case we have chosen tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, a clove of garlic to give the pizza base a special flavor, extra virgin olive oil, and a little oregano.
We have two options in terms of mass. We can either make it ourselves with our homemade pizza dough recipe, or we can buy fresh dough. Either option is perfect.
Brush the pizza dough with the olive oil and garlic, and place it directly on the grill of the sandwich maker (do not close it), let it brown on both sides so that it is well done, and do not forget to brush with oil olive both sides.
Once it's done, add the ingredients to the pizza dough, and put the dough back on the sandwich maker. Let the cheese melt, and without closing the lid all the way, let the pizza finish cooking.
