It's great to prepare fun recipes with the little ones of the house, because with a little imagination and with some simple sandwich ice creams, look at that frozen birthday cake so easy that it can be prepared :)
An ice cream sandwich that is…. A cake!!
Prepare an original and refreshing ice cream sandwich that is actually a cake. you will surprise everyone

Ingredients
- 15 cream ice cream sandwiches
- 500 gr of whipped cream (better that you mount it)
- A bag of M & M's
- A bag of Lacasitos
- Chocolate to melt and decorate
Preparation
Before starting to prepare the cake we have to do two fundamental steps. The first is to whip the cream, make whipped cream with liquid cream and whip it to your liking, it will be much richer than the one that comes already whipped. Once you have it, reserve it in the refrigerator.
And with the melting chocolate, melt it and put it in a bottle. If you don't have chocolate to melt, you can also use chocolate syrup.
Once we have the two ingredients prepared, we place 5 ice cream sandwiches one after the other as the base of the cake, just as I show you in the image.
Once you have them in place, put a layer of whipped cream on top, extending to the edges, so that it covers the entire cake. Put another layer of cream sandwiches again, another layer of cream and finally, a last layer of ice cream sandwiches with another layer of cream. This last layer of cream is the one that is going to be seen, so if you have a pastry bag, make small original shapes to make it cuter.
Put the M&M's and the Lacasitos on the cake to decorate it to your liking, and finally some strips of melted chocolate or chocolate syrup.
Once you have it assembled, put it in the freezer for 3 hours so that the cream remains frozen.
I'm not saying how it is because you can imagine it… Delicious !!
