One of the easiest recipes to prepare for Halloween night are cupcakes.. We already taught you how to prepare some fun owl cupcakes for this terrifying night, but today I want to take a step further and give you little ideas to decorate your own cupcakes for Halloween.

The recipe that we will use to make our cupcakes will be chocolate, much more sweet for the little ones.

One of the easiest recipes to prepare for Halloween night are cupcakes. They are very rich and you can decorate them in a very original way

Ingredients

  • 115 gr. unsalted butter
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 150 gr. Of flour
  • 50 gr. cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon and a half baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 140 ml. milk
  • 130 gr. white chocolate chips + to decorate

Preparation

  1. We sift the flour with the cocoa, and the yeast and leave it all in a well mixed bowl.

  2. In another container, beat the butter with the sugar until everything is integrated. Add the eggs and beat until incorporated, and add half of the flour, cocoa and yeast mixture that we have prepared.

  3. Next, we add the milk mixed with the vanilla extract and the rest of the flour mixture.

  4. With the help of some rods we let the mixture be completely homogeneous, and we incorporate the white chocolate chips, which will be the surprise filling of our cupcakes

  5. We spread the mixture over about 12 molds without filling them more than half. Bake with the oven set to preheat to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until we insert a toothpick into the dough, and it comes out clean.

  6. We let the cupcakes cool on a rack so that when they cool down we can decorate them.
