Puff pastry lollipops with chocolate, perfect for a party with the children!

Long live the chocolate! I admit, I am addicted to chocolate and in this case, since the little ones do not have school, we are practicing easy recipes with them so that they enjoy cooking as much as we adults do. This weekend we prepare some chocolate filled puff pastry lollipops which were delicious. Very recently, we also taught you to prepare sweet lollipops for kids which were also very simple to do.

These puff pastry lollipops with chocolate are very simple to prepare because you will only need three ingredients: puff pastry, chocolate and egg. Nothing more!

It is important that you have molds or different templates to make the lollipops in different ways.

Ingredients

• A plate of puff pastry
• Chocolate to melt
• An egg to paint the lollipops
• Chopsticks

Preparation

1. Take the puff pastry sheet and stretch it out on the counter. Go cutting the different shapes that you like with the molds, and when you have cut them, heat the chocolate in the microwave carefully so that it melts.

2. Once you have the melted chocolate, put a little on each base of the lollipop, place a toothpick, and then put the other side to close it. Do the same process with all of them.

3. When you have them, beat the egg and paint each of the lollipops with a silicone brush, and put them on a baking tray to bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, until we see that the puff pastry has risen and they are golden brown.
