Lactonesa, mayonnaise without egg

Mayonnaise is one of the most versatile sauces in the kitchen. We can have from the classic version with olive oil, salt and a few drops of lemon, to other alternatives in which we are adding other ingredients such as garlic, parsley, etc.

Our alternative today for all those allergic to eggs, is the lactonnaise or mayonnaise without egg whose result is very similar to the mayonnaise of a lifetime.

A great advantage over mayonnaise is that we can heat it. If you like to flavor it, you can also do it with chives, mustard, garlic, parsley, etc.
