Lemon Buttermilk Bread

A very simple sweet that is prepared in a moment, with very few kitchen utensils. With our hands we will form a kind of bread that we will cook in the oven and that will serve us for breakfast or snack.

I have called it bread but because of the shape, not because of the texture or because it contains baker's yeast. We will prepare it with butter and, in this case, it will go flavored with the grated skin of a lemon. You can flavor it with orange peel or with a splash of liquor.

Do not expect a fluffy candy because it is not. Remember more to traditional donuts or cookies homemade.
