Lemon cockles

Mollusks such as Berber are low in fat and rich in minerals and vitamins. Children tend to like them a lot as an aperitif or included in recipes for rice, pasta or fish. In fact, cockles are a mollusk with a finer, more sea-scented flavor than clams.
