We do not need to go to the refrigerated area of a supermarket to bring a dessert that children like very much. Do you want to know how to make this yogurt dessert with lemon cream? Well, we show you with photos in our step by step.
We are going to prepare a cream with lemon with lemons, eggs, sugar and butter. We will have to put it on the fire and stir until it thickens, as we indicated in the recipe.
Being a sweet cream we are going to serve it with plain yogurt, unsweetened. And we will finish the recipe by placing a sponge cake or a cookie that we have at home. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
For the lemon cream:
- The grated skin of 1 lemon
- The juice of 2 lemons
- 60 butter g
- 2 eggs
Plus:
- Natural yogurt
- 6 sponge cakes
Preparation
We crush the brown sugar with the lemon peel. We put it in a wide saucepan and add the two eggs.
We add the juice of the two lemons.
We mix everything well.
We put it on fire (low heat) and stir constantly.
We continue stirring with low heat for about 10 minutes, until the cream thickens.
Next we add the butter, in pieces, and continue stirring until it melts.
Let it cold down.
Once cold we assemble the dishes. We put a few tablespoons of our cream, already cold, on the base. We cover it with a few tablespoons of natural yogurt and finish by placing a sponge cake or another type of cookie.
