  • 500 g of water
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 50 g destrosio
  • The skin of 2 lemons
  • 140 g lemon juice
  • 200 g of fresh cream
  1. We put the sugar, the destrosio, the water and the lemon peel in a saucepan. We put on the fire and let it boil for 4 minutes.
  2. Strain and cool that syrup, first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
  3. Once cold we put it in a jar. We squeeze the lemons and add their juice to the syrup. We also add the cream and mix.
  4. Little by little we are pouring the result obtained into our refrigerator. After about 30 minutes our ice cream will be ready.
