Today I want to share with you a very simple recipe, a lemon mousse refreshing and rich that the whole family will love and that to make we have been inspired by the Bon Viveur lemon mousse recipe. Also, since it is so simple, the smallest of the house can help you make it.

And on the other hand we are going to mix the ingredients in a plate or container with the help of a fork or some rods. Ingredients
- 180 gr. condensed milk
- 250 gr. plain yogurt (normal or Greek type)
- 70 gr. lemon juice
- Egg whites 3
Preparation
Place the egg whites in a blender glass and with the help of electric rods, mount them until stiff until they are firm. If you do not have electric rods, they can be mounted in a larger container with some manual rods, although it will cost you much more. Reserve.
In a bowl or deep plate add the yogurt, condensed milk and lemon juice. With the help of a fork or a few rods, mix everything well until we have a homogeneous cream.
Finally, add the whites mounted to the point of snow with the lemon cream that we have just prepared and mix with soft and enveloping movements.
Now we only have to distribute our lemon mousse in the containers where we want to serve it and keep it in the fridge until it is consumed.
