Ingredients for 4 people: 400 grams of cooked lentils, 400 grams of clean cuttlefish, a red pepper, a medium onion, two cloves of garlic, four tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of paprika, salt and a sprig of parsley.
Preparation: We put the lentils in a casserole with a couple of tablespoons of oil and a little salt and cover them with water. On the other hand, and in a pan we must poach the garlic, onion and pepper, finely chopped.
Cut the squid into small pieces of about two centimeters. And once the vegetables are poached, we add the squid and let it cook until it reabsorbs the liquid it has released. We add them to the casserole with the lentils, stir well and cook for about 10 minutes.
