Ingredients
- Mixed lettuces of two colors, cut and washed
- 60 g of cream for cooking
- 90 ml whole milk
- 60 g gorgonzola cheese
- 40 g walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation
Put in a saucepan the 60 g of cooking cream along with 90 ml of whole milk.
We wait for it to heat up and add the 60 g of gorgonzola cheese in Little pieces. We continuously remove so that the mixture dissolves and take shape.
We add the salt and a tablespoon of lemon juice. We continue stirring until we see that it thickens slightly.
We distribute the mixture in the cups. We put some walnut pieces above the sauce.
