Ingredients
1/2 kg of white asparagus
1 bunch of wild or green asparagus
200 ml of milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation
Put two saucepans with hot water and boil in each one of them, on one side the white asparagus and on the other the green asparagus with plenty of salt until they are tender.
In a saucepan, cook the egg for about 10 minutes, and when it is ready, put it under cold water and peel it. Chop and reserve.
Blend the white asparagus, gradually adding the oil and a little of the cooking water and the warm milk.
Chop the asparagus and serve them on top of the cream along with the chopped boiled egg.
