Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ creamy type skimmed yogurt
  • 2 sprigs of coriander or mint, oil
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Put the chicken cubes to marinate together with the zest of the skin and the lemon juice.

  2. Add a sprig of coriander or mint and the peeled and crushed garlic.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of oil, stir everything well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

  4. After time, we drain the chicken and sauté them over high heat without stopping stirring.

  5. We beat the yogurt with a little salt, we add the grated cucumber and the other sprig of coriander or chopped mint. We serve the hot chicken with this sauce.
