We continue with our light recipes, to leave Christmas without an extra kilo. This time we are going to do some low calorie christmas cookies, which are just as tasty as normal ones, only they contain fewer calories, that simple.
Christmas cookies, low in calories

Ingredients
- Egg whites 4
- 125 grams of low calorie vegetable margarine
- 125 grams of flour
- Half a tablespoon of yeast
- Artificial sweetener suitable for cooking
- 20 grams of brown sugar
- A tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- Two tablespoons of ground ginger
Preparation
We can make them the way we want, for example these are in the form of funny dolls. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, margarine, artificial sweetener, yeast and ginger. Then, gradually add the flour, sprinkling it tablespoon by tablespoon, while working the dough, mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Roll out the dough on a flat surface lined with parchment paper so it doesn't stain and doesn't stick. Cut the dough into shapes with a cookie cutter and sprinkle each cookie with the brown sugar.
Put in the microwave for about 6 or 7 minutes at maximum power and check from time to time to see if they are done. Then remove them from the microwave and let them cool before serving.
