Zucchini and mango salad

      Hello Angelica, to make it at home you would have to put 3 tablespoons of sesame and 5 of sugar. You have to toast the sesame seeds briefly in a saucepan, stir them often so they do not burn and toast them evenly and when they are slightly toasted in color add the sugar and let it make a caramel. Then put the caramelised sesame on a sheet of greaseproof paper, trying to smooth the caramel to obtain a thin plate. You let it cool and that's it! Thanks for following us!
