Marinated meat in bread crust

I propose a recipe for your Christmas meals: a marinated and covered meat for a crunchy crust of homemade bread.

I do not entertain myself in explaining how to make bread dough because, if you are to make bread or pizzas at home, surely you have your favorite. But, I insist, prepare the one you like the most, they serve both bread doughs and pizza doughs.

The important thing here is the marinade of the meat and, above all, knowing the cooking times in the oven. Keep in mind that this type of preparation has to be in the oven for 1 hour and add 1 more hour per kilo of meat. If our meat weighs 2 kilos we would have to bake it for 3 hours, if it weighs 1 kilo, 2 hours will be enough.
