Marinated salmon with teriyaki sauce

Sometimes the little ones find it hard to eat fish… Well, we are going to solve this! The key is to camouflage its appearance by making more beautiful presentations and of course, its flavor, with different sauces or dressings. In this case we are going to make an oriental flavor that children tend to like a lot: teriyaki salsa.

It is important that we do not use any salt, since the teriyaki sauce is already quite salty. Today you can buy this sauce in any supermarket. We are also going to let it marinate in this sauce for about 30 minutes, so that it takes its flavor well, and we are going to coat it in sesame, to give it a more exotic and different touch. In our house he has succeeded!

You can accompany it with mashed potatoes, rice or salad. You will see how delicious! The key is not to overcook the salmon, since if we cook it too much it will dry out and it will be harder. You have to cook it just enough so that it is not raw: about 2-3 minutes on each side.
