You can serve it with rice, chips or couscous. We will prepare this round of meat in a pressure cooker and we will serve it with a rich sauce.

- 1 piece of round (mine 1200g)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary

- 30 g of white wine or beer
- Put the olive oil, the garlic and the meat with its sprig of rosemary in the express pot.
- Seal the meat well, turning it when necessary. We salt and pepper
- Add the onion and carrot.
- After a few minutes, add the white wine or beer.
- Let cook for a few minutes and then put the lid on our pot.
- Let cook for about 40 minutes but this time will depend on the pot you have at home (you surely know how long it takes for this recipe).
- At the end of the time, we pass the vegetables through a food mill or, if we don't have any, we crush them with the blender.
- We remove the mesh from the meat and cut it into slices. We serve our meat with the sauce.
