This recipe is one of the typical that many people advise us to do but either out of fear or ignorance, we never dare to do it. I speak from my own experience, it is a delight. If you do not tell the diners what it is about, they will begin to say that if it has onion, red wine, chocolate ... etc.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs / Ribs / Sirloin ... etc. (to taste)
  • 1 envelope of onion soup
  • Garlic
  • Sal Island
  • Coke

Preparation

  1. We take the meat we want and season it without going overboard.

  2. In a casserole we put a few cloves of garlic and spices to taste. When they are slightly golden, add the meat.

  3. Let the meat brown well and add the onion soup as it is. Stir well and add a can of coke light or zero (always without sugar, we will prevent the sauce from becoming caramel).

  4. When the sauce reduces, the sauce will become almost like a paste, it is the right moment to turn off the heat.

  5. We serve immediately and let diners begin to figure out the contents.
