Do you remember the stuffed melon in salad? That recipe was great both in taste and presentation. Well now again we are going to fill the melon, but this time with a seafood cocktail, a classic already among the starters.
The cocktail admits many sauces and ingredients, so you will tell us what you have added to the melon. We give you a novel recipe that also includes papaya.
Ingredients: 1 round melon type Galia or Cantalupo, 100 gr. of papaya, 200 gr. of cooked prawns, 100 gr. of crab meat, 150 gr. from pink sauce, some anise seeds, lemon juice
Preparation: We wash the melon and cut it in half. We empty it of seeds and with the help of a vacuum cleaner, we are removing meat balls from the melon.
The papaya, we peel it and cut it into cubes. We mix them with the melon balls and sprinkle it with a few drops of lemon juice and anise seeds. We leave to marinate.
We take the melon halves and fill them with the fruit, the crab meat and the cooked prawns. We pour pink sauce and serve.
