It is generally liked by all audiences and has been seen as one of the first dishes in many celebrations. Our version is the same, but with a fresh look and much more cool!

- Half melon
- 200 g of Serrano ham in very thin slices
- To decorate you can use a variety of lettuce leaves and spinach
- A splash of olive oil
- We must have the melon on hand with a clean look, where all the seeds and yellow parts of the interior area will have been cleaned.
- We will use a very fine knife, where will we begin to make very fine fillets or slices without splitting and have a good length. When we have our sheets made, we will remove the part of the skin.
- We present the slices of melon and ham. We will begin to put the first layer of melon, one of ham and finally another of melon.
- We'll wind it up doing a tight roll. To maintain the shape we hold it with a toothpick.
- If they are very ugly on the side, we can cut off excess partss with the knife.
