This recipe for hot chocolate with condensed milk is another way of preparing it, just as rich but also usually liked by people who don't like hot chocolate by itself

Ingredients

  • 50 gr. milk chocolate
  • 50 gr. dark chocolate
  • 250 ml of water
  • 125 ml. condensed milk
  • 100 ml. whipping cream
  • 500 ml. milk
  • sugar or more chocolate to rectify

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, heat the water with the condensed milk. When it reaches the boiling point, lower the heat and cook the mixture over low heat for a couple of minutes.

  2. Then add the chocolate and wait for it to melt.

  3. Heat the milk on the other hand and add it to the cream. Remove from the heat to prevent the milk from boiling and, finally, add the cream at room temperature.

  4. We rectify sugar or amount of chocolate if we see it necessary.
