This recipe for Millefeuille of chocolate and strawberries is perfect for any time of the year or to celebrate Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 250 gr of chocolate fondue
  • 125 ml of liquid cream
  • 8 fresas

To decorate

  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chopped almonds
  • Some mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into slices. Leave them reserved. In a bowl, put the liquid cream and with the help of the whisks of a mixer, assemble it without forgetting to gradually add sugar until it is to our liking. Leave the whipped cream reserved in the fridge.

  2. Melt the fondue chocolate in the microwave, and once you have it melted, prepare a tray with baking paper. Make small wafers of melted chocolate and allow them to solidify until they form a mille-feuille.

  3. Once the chocolate millefeuille plates are completely solid, we will assemble our millefeuille. As a base we will use a chocolate plate, on it, we put a little cream and strawberries, on top another chocolate lid, another one of cream and strawberries, another chocolate lid, another one of cream and strawberries, and we finish decorating with another chocolate lid and crowning the mille-feuille with some strawberries and mint leaves.
