Strawberry, kiwi and cream cheese millefeuille

Preparation

1. The first thing we will do is put our strawberries to macerate, with our little trick to macerate the strawberries and give them more flavor. So that the millefeuille is more compact, we will make the pieces of the strawberries very small, so that our millefeuille is perfect.

2. We will leave some strawberries to decorate the top of the mille-feuille without macerating, we will simply cut them into transversal slices.

3. Once we have left them to marinate for a couple of hours, we cut the kiwi into very small cubes so that they also adapt perfectly to the millefeuille.

4. Once the fruit has been split, we only have to decorate our strawberry, kiwi and cream cheese millefeuille. As? With the help of a plating ring. It is essential that we use a gadget like this to make the round shape. You can find it in any hypermarket and it is most useful.

5. Once we have the ring placed on the plate, first we place the macerated strawberries, and crush them a little with the help of a spoon. 6. We carefully remove the plating ring and we will see that we have a very nice round shape that is perfect for a presentation. Now we take the laminated strawberries that we had reserved, and place them on top.

7. Decorate with some mint leaves, a little icing sugar, and bathe our millefeuille a little with the juice of the macerated strawberries.
