Minced meat croquettes

I do not know any child who is not a true lover of croquettes (as long as they do not have onion, of course, if they cannot end up in a vase, and I say this from experience). However, not everyone is good at making a béchamel optimal and consistent to be able to form the croquettes without falling apart.
