Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1 heaping cup of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 / 4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a little oil in each of the molds so that the mixture does not stick.

  2. Put water to cook, clean, peel and divide the potatoes and cook them until they are pureed.

  3. In a frying pan put a little olive oil and when it is hot, add the split onion and spinach. Saute everything until done.

  4. Once we have made the mash, in a bowl mix the mashed potatoes with the flour, and fill the molds. Bake the mixture for about 15 minutes until we see that the edges are golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and in a bowl beat the eggs and milk until both are foamy. Add the cheese, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the spinach with the onion.

  6. Refill the containers with the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes.

  7. Once they are done, serve them and have them very warm.

    The photo does not seem to correspond to the recipe. In the image it looks as if the potato were grated and you can also see chives and ... peppers on top? in addition to another element that I do not distinguish and that do not appear in the ingredients. I think one thing and another should coincide to have an idea of ​​how it will turn out in the end
