Monster custard for Halloween

Preparation

1. Prepare the milk in a saucepan with the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick, and leave everything together until it starts to boil. Once it has broken to a boil, turn off the heat and let the mixture warm so that the milk takes on the flavor of cinnamon and lemon.

2. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the egg yolks and the cornflour. We are adding the milk little by little while we do not stop removing to mix everything. We put everything back on the fire until it boils, without stopping to move so that it does not stick to us.

3. Once we have the mixture ready, we turn off the heat and prepare the glasses.

4. In the bottom of the glass, we will put a good amount of custard. Next, pieces of Homemade Brownie Recipe and on top of the brownie, we put custard again.

5. Finally, we decorate with some jelly beans to which we will put a little Nutella or Nocilla as eyes.
