  • 8 g of gelatin in sheets
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 or 2 raisins
  • 1 kiwi
  • 50 g of frozen berries

  1. We take the berries out of the freezer and let them thaw.
  2. We soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
  3. We put the cream, sugar and vanilla seeds in the saucepan. Also the pod.
  4. We put the saucepan on the fire and turn off when it starts to boil.
  5. We remove the pod.
  6. We add the drained gelatin.
  7. We stir well.
  8. We put the raisins in water and cut the kiwi into thin slices.
  9. We take a container of cake pops and put a piece of raisin and pieces of kiwi in each sphere.
  10. We pour the panna cotta in each hole.
  11. The rest of the panna cotta is poured into a container or two or three glasses.
  12. We put it in the refrigerator where it will be about 4 hours.
  13. After that time we pour the liquid from the red fruits into a bowl and unmold the eyes, placing them on the "blood".
  14. We smear each eye a little with the red liquid and, if we want, we place a blueberry in the center.
  15. And we already have our terrifying monster eyes ready.
Notes
We put the leftover panna cota in another container to serve it, once cold, with the rest of the red fruits.
