Ingredients

  • 2 white eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups white sugar
  • 1/8 tsp heavy cream
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Grease a baking sheet, and cover it with nonstick paper.

  3. Mix the egg whites with the salt, with the help of a mixer until peaks form.

  4. Slowly add the sugar until everything is well incorporated. Then add the cream, and leave reserved.

  5. Gently mix the chocolate chips into the meringue. And with the help of a spoon, she sees making flakes on the non-stick paper.

  6. Put them in the oven, and once they are inside, turn off the oven with the meringues inside.

  7. Bake for about 4 hours.

  8. Enjoy them!
