Undoubtedly, gelatin desserts manage to bring a striking color to the menu, especially this multicolored mosaic that we are going to teach you. Although from the image you can suppose that it is difficult to do it, do not worry, it is much simpler than everything you may be imagining. With few ingredients, we are going to do a jelly of many flavors and also light and digestive, to reduce the heaviness that gets in our stomach in these days of bingeing.

Ingredients

  • 4 envelopes of powdered gelatin of different flavors and colors
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
  • Water

Preparation

  1. We prepare each flavor of gelatin separately according to the instructions on the box and let them set in the fridge in different containers.

  2. Once cold, cut each gelatin into small pieces and distribute all mixed and carefully in another larger container.

  3. Separately, mix the 2 unflavored gelatin envelopes with 1/2 cup of cold water. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of boiling water and dissolve. Add the can of condensed milk and stir. We wait for it to cool down.

  4. Once cold, carefully pour the condensed milk mixture over the colored gelatin and put it in the fridge to set.

  5. To present the dessert, we can cut thick sheets and put them on each diner's plate or we can make small squares and put them on decorative pieces of paper as buffet snacks or for snacks.
