Ingredients

  • 200 ml of liquid cream for cooking
  • 300 gr of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50 gr of Roquefort cheese
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. In a pan we put a little olive oil and fry the onion chopped into small pieces.

  2. Let it cool for a few minutes and once it's golden, add the sliced ​​mushrooms.

  3. Sauté well and then add the cheese cut into pieces and wait for it to melt with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Once we have the cheese melted, we add the cream and let the sauce thicken over low heat. Add the parsley and… serve it with the meat.
