A bag of nachos
250g of mixed minced meat
Half an onion
1 bell pepper
Sal Island
Pepper
200g tomato sauce
150g of grated mozzarella
100g of grated emmental
50g grated Parmesan
Oregano

Preparation

Peel the onion and cut it into strips. Wash the pepper and cut it into strips. In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the onion and pepper.
Add the minced meat and fry everything together until we see that the meat is cooked, for about 15 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
We put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
We spread the bag of nachos on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread the minced meat over them. We cover the nachos with the grated cheeses and sprinkle with the oregano.
We let them gratin in the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
