Very few days ago we taught you how to prepare some delicious nutella braids which were very easy to prepare, and today we have another special of this famous chocolate cream that we love so much. This is a braided Nutella crown that is to die for.

Ingredients
- 2 puff pastry bases
- 1 egg white to brush the crown
- 200 gr of chocolate cream (Nutella)
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking paper. Take a mold circle to make the shape of the layer below and the layer above.
Once you have them, put the bottom layer on the counter and put a thin layer of chocolate cream or Nutella on it with the help of a knife.
Place the other layer on top of the first, to cover the chocolate cream.
With the help of a cup, mark the center of the crown, and from there go making small cuts as I show you in the image. First divide the crown into four parts, and then divide each of the four parts into four equal parts. In total you should get 16 equal parts.
Once you have it, go rolling with the help of your fingers two parts and go twisting in opposite directions. Repeat the procedure with all of them, until you form an 8-legged star.
Paint the surface of the crown with the egg white, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. First only using the lower part of the oven, and then the upper part to brown the crown on top.

I tried it and it is fantastic, perhaps not as chubby as the one in the photo but, yes, it is delicious, ideal for a snack, breakfast or dessert.
I am going to make a salad with the ricotta and spinach filling. Spectacular!
