Make some olive oil cookies at home is not complicated or requires complex ingredients.
The ones we suggest today are even suitable for people who cannot eat eggs. And you can adapt them and also make them without dairy, replacing only cow's milk with a vegetable drink (rice, oatmeal...).
Without molds, we will only need a knife to cut the strips of dough that we form. That easy.

Ingredients
- 150g milk
- 120 g olive oil
- 80 g of sugar
- The skin of 1 lemon
- 8 g baking yeast
- 450 g flour
Preparation
- Put the milk, oil and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the lemon peel and mix.
- We mix the flour with the yeast in another bowl and we integrate this mixture in the bowl where we have the previous mixture of egg, milk...
- We just integrated everything with our hands.
- We put the dough on the counter.
- We divide it into six portions and form a roll with each portion. We cut these strips of dough to form the cookies.
- Place the cookies on a couple of baking trays covered with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sugar on the surface of the cookies.
- Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 20 minutes or until we see that our pasta is golden.
