Great and simple omelette made with onion. It is delicious and is prepared with inexpensive ingredients that we always have at home.
It is made as if it were a potato omelette but we do without the potato. As a result, we obtain a perfect omelette for the Dinner or even for a appetizer special, which likes children and adults.

Onion omelette
An inexpensive, juicy and very rich omelette. With simple ingredients and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 3 large onions (about 420 g)
- 200 g oil
- 4 eggs
- Oregano
- Sal Island
Preparation
Peel and chop the onions.
We put the oil in a pan and put it on the fire. When it is hot, add the onion and poach it.
It will be ready in about 10 minutes.
When it is done we remove it from the pan by putting it in a colander to drain the oil.
In a bowl we put the eggs.
We beat them and add a little salt and also dried oregano.
We add the poached onion to that mixture.
We put a tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook the omelette.
When it is done on one side, we turn it over with a plate.
We cook it on the other side and we have it ready to take to the table.
