These Mango and Orange Mousse Shots are the perfect dessert to end any lunch or dinner. The flavor of the fruit and the texture of the mousse make a perfect combination.

1 orange
2 handles
10 g of gelatin
200 g whipped cream
100 g of sugar
mint leaves to decorate

Preparation

We make some strips with the orange peel, we scald them in boiling water and we refresh them immediately with cold water; we drain and dry them.
We squeeze the orange juice, peel the mangoes, and cut them into pieces; we crush making a puree together with the orange juice.
Dissolve the previously soaked gelatin in a tablespoon of hot water and add the mango puree, cream and sugar.
We mix everything and pour shot containers (if you do it in flaneras, grease them beforehand so you can unmold them better).
Let it set in the fridge (better if we make it the day before) and garnish with the orange strips and some mint leaves.
