The salads with fruit, besides being delicious, are perfect for taking off those extra kilos that we have gained this Christmas. So we are going to prepare a delicious salad of orange, strawberries and a touch of pomegranate, which is more than good.

Ingredients

  • 2 table oranges
  • 16 strawberries
  • 1 grenade
  • Sal Island
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Apple vinager.

Preparation

  1. In small bowls we place the orange segments already peeled and cleaned, mixed with halves of strawberries and a few segments of pomegranate.

  2. To make our salad have a different and more succulent flavor, we add salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

  3. We mix everything and ready to eat :)
