130 gr. powdered almonds
130 gr. sugar
125 gr. Of flour
40 gr. cocoa powder
130 gr. of butter
a pinch of fine salt
white cream Oreo

Preparation

Lightly toast the ground almonds in a pan until they take on a nice golden color. When the almond has cooled, we continue with the recipe.
Then we mix the dry ingredients, that is to say the ground almonds and the flour, the cocoa powder, the pinch of salt and a third part of the sugar.
Separately, beat the softened butter with the rest of the sugar with a stick mixer until the cream is white.
Mix the butter cream with the almond and cocoa preparation until obtaining a homogeneous mass. We form a ball and wrap it in plastic film. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Next, we stretch the dough with a rolling pin to leave it about half a finger thick. Cut the dough into hearts and place them separately on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
We cook the cookies in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
