Ingredients
- 1 regular-size Oreo packet
- 1 package of Oreo mini size to decorate
- 1 mix pack Chocolate coulant type Dr Oetker
- 125 gr of cream cheese
- 50 gr of butter at room temperature
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation
With a baking time of between 25 and 30 minutes, these Oreo cupcakes become a special essential in any fun dessert.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.In a bowl, mix the coulant mix according to the instructions. Reserve 12 normal-size Oreo cookies, which will be the heart of our cupcakes, and crush the rest by adding them to the coulant mass.
Mix everything with the help of a mixer and when the ingredients are well integrated, put them in each of the molds with the Oreo cookie base. Fill the molds 3/4 full.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 min, while we prepare the frosting to decorate the cupcakes. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the butter. Beat everything with the help of some rods and gradually add the vanilla essence, the powdered sugar and a few well-crushed cookies (made into powder). Mix everything slowly until it stays homogeneous.
Once you have the cupcakes baked, with the help of a piping bag add the cream that you have prepared and once the cupcakes are cold, decorate them with the cream and a mini Oreo cookie on top.
