This Sunday there are crepes for dessert or a snack! But we will not serve them the traditional way (cream and caramel). We will shape them into a small bowl and fill them with apple roasted or cooked in compote. Anything else? Yes. A rich yogurt cream.

These original Crepes with apple and yogurt are very easy to prepare and are the perfect dessert when we have little time to cook.

Ingredients

  • 4 pancakes
  • 4 apples roasted or in compote
  • 3 natural yogurts
  • sugar or honey
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Paint the inside of the crepes while still hot with a little melted butter, cinnamon and honey or sugar.

  2. We form a kind of bowls by folding them and put them on individual plates.

  3. Fill the crepes with the chopped apple and water with the beaten yogurt.

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar or honey.

  5. Add more fruits to the applesauce or replace it with others such as pears or bananas.

  6. Instead of yogurt, you can use custard or whipped cream.
