Ingredients
- 100 g cabbage or cabbage
- 35 g of green pepper
- 75 g carrot
- 150 g of potato
- 30 g onion
- 2 eggs
- 4-6 tablespoons of wheat flour

Preparation
We started cutting all the vegetables. We can make use of a grater, as it will be much better when cooking and eating it. If you don't have a grater, you can do it by hand by cutting it very fine. We will start with potato, peeling, washing it and grating it.
We peel the carrots, we wash and grate them. We do the same with the onion.
We wash the cabbage and we cut it with the knife into fine cuts. We wash the green pepper and we cut it into very small pieces.
In a source we add all the ingredients grated and cut. We place the two eggs and the salt and stir.
Once the mixture is well done, we add the tablespoons of flour little by little until it is formed a thick paste, with enough consistency so that it can be picked up without slipping off the fork.
We heat a little of oil in a frying pan. When it is ready we begin to pour lots of our mixture, we crush them so that they take the shape of the cake. When we see that the pancake has browned, we turn it over so that it browns on the other side. It is preferable to do it at low medium-low so that the vegetables are finished well.
