On Saturday we woke up thinking about the aperitif. That's why we propose these delicious ricotta, parmesan and parsley rolls.

To prepare them we will use a ready-made puff pastry sheet, so we won't have to worry about making the dough. 

In the step by step photos you will see what there is two options for baking. One of them is to cut the curl before putting it in the oven (to obtain bites). The other is to bake it as if it were a strudel. If it is for an aperitif, I recommend the first option.
