Ingredients

500 gr. pasta
400 gr of mushrooms or fresh or hydrated mushrooms if they are dry
2 slices of bacon or pancetta
500 ml. liquid cream
shawl
oil
pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

First we cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Once golden, we put it away on a plate. In the same oil, sauté the chmapiñones.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta and reduce the cream in a saucepan over low heat.
Finally we bind the bacon, cream and mushrooms and cook for two minutes.
Mix this sauce with the drained pasta. Accompany with grated Parmesan.
