Ingredients

  • 500 gr. pasta
  • 1 little onion
  • 250 gr. sifted crushed tomato
  • 250 ml. whipping cream

Preparation

  1. While we boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, we proceed to prepare the sauce

  2. We simply have to fry the sifted tomato, that is, strain it so that it is well free of water, with a little oil, salt and pepper.

  3. When the sauce is reduced, add the cream and cook for a few minutes.

  4. We drain the pasta when it is al dente, depending on which one we have used it will take more or less time, and we bind it with the sauce.
