  • 500 grams of black pasta
  • 16 prawns
  • 150 gr. of gulas
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml. liquid cream

Preparation

  1. While the pasta is cooked in plenty of salty water, we are going to prepare the sauce, the eels and the prawns. To do this, we sauté the eels and the peeled prawns separately in a pan with oil with a little salt.

  2. On the other hand, lightly brown the minced garlic cloves in oil and then add the cream. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes and go through the blender, deglazing (mixing with the oil left by the sauté) with this sauce the pans of the eels and the prawns.

  3. We drain the pasta and serve it with the eels and the sautéed prawns and covered with the sauce.
