Lemon zucchini pasta

We are going to prepare a healthy pasta dish, made with very tender zucchini. If you find them in the market, I recommend that you take advantage of all their properties and consume them raw.

We are going to marinate them with extra virgin olive oil with lemon to obtain an original and flavorful dish. We will use whole wheat pasta but you can substitute it for the one you are used to consuming at home.

The zucchini will have to be cut into thin slices so, if you have mandolin, this is a good time to use it.
